Sure no problem. If you want to transfer we can also credit you for your unused time with your current web hosting company. The actual transfer process is done by our Technicians so you won't have to worry about how to transfer it yourself.

1) For website transfer please send ticket to "Website Transfers" department and include in your message your old web hosting information -- must contain the existing website logins so that we can access the site files and databases and move them to your new account with us.

2) For transferring customer credit you must email our sales team or open ticket including copy of the receipt from your current web host showing your account expiration date and amount paid.

Process usually takes from 2hr to 24hrs depending on current work load.
