This process can sometimes be difficult mostly due to the existance of various web hosting account Control Panels. We use CPanel for accoutn management software. 1) For website transfer please send ticket to "Website Transfers" department and include in your message your old web hosting information -- must contain the existing website logins so that we can access the site files and databases and move them to your new account with us.

2) For transferring customer credit you must email our sales team or open ticket including copy of the receipt from your current web host showing your account expiration date and amount paid.
